Accommodations

In the early 1990s, Larry and Angela Schmitt, with the help of their four children, Jonathan, Charles, Heather and Brianne, built the 5 log cabins, shower/steam house, and other accessory buildings that now make up the base camp and remote camp.

Remote Camp

  • Three cozy log cabins with wood burning stoves; enjoy nature from your cabin deck

  • All-terrain vehicle or snowmobile accessible only

  • Bedding and toiletries provided: sleeping bags, sheets, pillows, towels, shampoo and soap

  • Steam sauna with shower bag

  • Outhouse.  No running water

  • Shooting Range

  • Generously portioned, home-cooked meals are provided from our Certified Organic farm and large garden

  • Guided packages only

Base Camp

  • Base camp has two log cabins with electric heat

  • Bedding provided

  • Bathroom with hot shower provided;  running water; power

  • Fully catered meals or choose to cook your own

  • Cell coverage and internet services

  • Guided or unguided packages available
